Instructions per mug:
Heat 200ml milk (or part milk and cream) pour this in to a bowl containing 2 heaped table spoons of the chocolate. Whisk well until the chocolate has dissolved. An optional pinch of salt can be added which will enhance the subtle flavours within the chocolate.
