When will my order ship?

We offer two shipping methods, Standard delivery and Express delivery.

  • Standard Delivery – we will deliver your order within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Express Delivery – we will deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days.

 

Do you offer Click & Collect?

We offer a FREE Click & Collect service at our Bath store on Church Street. Items available and in stock can be collected within 2 hours of the order being placed online.

Can my order be gift wrapped and/ or include a gift message?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping as part of our service but all orders are beautifully presented in our Charlotte Brunswick classic packaging. You can select an option to include a personal gift message as part of your checkout, please add your text, which will be handwritten on our tasteful ‘Compliment Slip’.

Will I receive order confirmation?

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address within two hours of placing your order, subject to our published opening hours. This order confirmation includes your order number, delivery address, order total and optional gift message. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and details are correct. Will I receive shipping confirmation?

How should I store my Charlotte Brunswick Chocolates?

We recommend that you store your Charlotte Brunswick chocolates in a cool, dry place between 15 – 20 degrees celsius, way from strong sunlight, odours or heat.

How long will Charlotte Brunswick chocolates remain fresh for?

All of our chocolate collections have best before date information clearly labelled on the packaging. Once opened the chocolates will stay fresh tasting at room temperature for up to 2 – 3 weeks, as long as they are kept away from heat, humidity and direct sunlight.

What allergens do your products contain?

All of our products contain diary and may contain traces of nuts and gluten.

Is shopping online with Charlotte Brunswick safe and secure?
